The search is on to find the Absolutely Fabulous Feline 2008.

If you’re a cat owner you already have the perfect subject for a photograph.  With patience and a bit of luck you can probably capture a fantastic image of your feline friend.

Once again you have the chance to enter that photograph into a competition which will raise funds for FAB.  Competition organiser, Daphne Day, is hoping that this year’s event – the fourth she has organised – will be an even greater success than usual, to mark FAB’s 50th anniversary.

In the past the competition has raised hundreds of pounds for FAB and, to maximise its fundraising potential for this special year, Daphne has widened the classes to include not only cats, but also dogs and puppies, horses and the British countryside.

There are various prizes to be won and FAB will feature the winning photograph in its CatCare journal.

A small donation is requested for each photograph entered and this goes straight to FAB.  Full details and an entry form can be obtained direct from Daphne by writing to her at 10 Maidstone Grove, Bleadon Hill, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset BS24 9NQ.

 

All entries must be received by 1 June, 2008, so now is the time to take advantage of the lengthening days – dust off your camera lens and get snapping!
