‘Care for Chronic Kitties’
Chronic health problems such as diabetes mellitus, osteoarthritis, bladder disease and chronic kidney disease are common conditions affecting our feline friends. They pose diagnostic and management challenges to vets, nurses and cat owners alike.
This year’s Edinburgh FAB study day will provide you with up to date information on diagnosis and therapy of some of the most common chronic diseases as well as hands on tips for home care of these patients.
Together we can improve the quality of life of our cats!
Delegates will also get the chance to see the specially designed new cat ward and the site of the new radioactive iodine unit for the treatment of cats with hyperthyroidism.
