ESFM Feline Symposium 2009 in Birmingham

Where are we with...?

Keeping up to date on feline matters with the European Society of Feline Medicine (ESFM) Feline pre-BSAVA Symposium 2009, sponsored by Hill's and Intervet-Schering Plough and held just before the BSAVA Congress in Hall 5 of the International Covention Centre, Birmingham on April 1.

Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB) and Animal Health Trust Experts will provide practical advice for the treatment and management of feline tuberculosis, mammory tumours, uveitis and seizures in cats. An under recognised cause of diarrhoea in cats - Tritrichomonas foetus infection, will be discussed. Experts will share tips for dealing with itchy cats and discuss advances in the management of diabetes mellitusm the purr-fect ECG and perioperative morbidity and mortality in cats.

Tea/coffee/biscuits will be provided for delegates. Lunch is not included. However, there are many pubs and cafes in the vicinity to choose from and sufficient time has been allowed for delegates to enjoy the break.
